Patient enrollment analysis

Problem

Clinical operations planned studies from scattered Excel and PowerPoint reprojections. Last-subject-enrolled shifts were hard to see across rounds, and therapeutic-area comparison lived in meetings, not in a tool.

Constraints

• Internal Amgen data under NDA — no public screenshots of live studies
• Must fit planning meetings, not replace them
• Multi-country filters with single-country exemptions

What shipped

A FastAPI dashboard that turns historical reprojection data into the operational view used to plan and triage active studies: LSE shift tracking, per-study enrollment velocity, TA rollups, and an admin layer for inclusions and exclusions.

Outcome

One tool the operational design team brings into planning meetings instead of a folder of decks. Still expanding toward a fuller production surface.
